Cladwell is an app that helps you figure out what to wear everyday, with the clothes from your closet. Blake’s goal isn’t to sell you more clothes but to make sure you love (and wear) everything you own. This balance, however, hasn’t always been an easy one to strike. (He is after all trying to run a business).
For Blake the idea for Cladwell came from his own experience and even his own passions and beliefs. However, it wasn’t until the birth of his first kid that Blake decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship. The road hasn’t been easy, there were months where he wasn’t sure how he was going to make ends meet. At times, it has involved rejection, hard work, and even a tear or two. At times it put strain on his family, and even caused him to lose 20 lbs (probably out of fear). However, for Blake it was totally worth it, both he and Cladwell have come out on the other side stronger.
If you are considering starting your own business there is so much to learn from Blake’s story. Listen and share!
